Like every other experience, trying Yoga sessions in a different setting makes it exciting. For the Yoga lover, Huralwahi Island resort in the Maldives organized the world’s largest underwater yoga experience on the 17th March 2018. The yoga session was the first one of its kind, and the fact that it took place in the globe`s largest undersea glass resort made it more memorable.
Jessica Olie, a Yoga expert and author, was leading the sessions. Participants rolled their mats 6 meters under the water, and as they shifted from one position to another, over 2000 species of sea animals spectated. The turnout was overwhelming, and every participant can attest to getting a treat of a lifetime.
The event was dubbed Vinyasa flow practice and considering that the entrance was only $120, no Yogist wanted to miss out. It was aimed at improving the muscle potential, flexibility, and boosting your immune system. Jessica kept participants on the go for the whole one-hour session, and all of them left with a mental and health reward on top of the adventure.
